Terms and Conditions

1. To register with us you must be 15 years of age or above.

2. You must ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time are correct and complete.

3. You must inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when registering by updating your personal details in order that we can communicate with you effectively.

4. You hereby give your consent for the usage of your personal data in:

  • a) Store and process
  • b) Disclose to relevant government authorities or third party required by law for legal purposes
  • c) Any matters related to employment including sending data to the deployed companies
  • d) Publicity materials including social media, photographs and video
  • e) Access and retain of personal data necessary for business or legal purposes

5. As you are employed on a casual basis, you understand and acknowledge the following:

  • a) If you are a Singapore Citizen/Singapore Permanent Resident earning more than $50 a month, the company will contribute CPF in accordance to CPF Act;
  • b) Your pay will be hourly rated based on the number of hours you have worked;
  • c) There is NO employer-employee relationship between you and the company;
  • d) You are NOT obligated to take up any assignments. All booking of job assignments will be at your own discretion and consideration, including the suitability of the period and time of the assignments, rates and payment, location and etc.;
  • e) You are NOT covered by the Employment Act and hence do not entitled any company/statutory benefit (eg. Work Injury Compensation, Annual Leave, Sick Leave etc); and
  • f) The company reserves the right NOT to offer you any job assignment without prior notice.
